Not surprising for a traffic Jam. Mexico City is pretty bad… the larger the city, the worse the traffic.
I wonder how many people actually wanted an autograph or photo with Blago…must be desperate for money because I have a few Dallas Cowboy signatures that cost me zilch when I got them in person and a couple are Hall of Famers now.
